First Atlantic Bank to buy Center Bank

A marriage in Jacksonville's banking industry.

FirstAtlantic Bank is buying a majority of the assets of CenterBank in Jacksonville.

The merger doubles the number of customers for First Atlantic...and increases the number of branches. 

Existing Center Bank customers will hear about changes in the next few weeks.
