Five people from Jacksonville have been indicted on conspiracy to import, manufacture and distribute steroids and human growth hormone, along with conspiracy to commit money laundering, over a nearly 3-year period.
The indictment handed down by the U.S. Attorney accuses Gregory Baker, William Wagner, Ashley Hinson, Heather Wagner and Elijah Adams of conspiring to import raw anabolic steroids and HGH from China, with the plan to later distribute.
The five used Western Union locations to send money to China, in exchange for Testosterone, Mesteron, Anavar, Trenbolone, Halotestin, Sustanon, Deca and Equipoise, among other raw steroids, according to the indictment.
As part of the arrest, the federal government is seizing a 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, a 2008 Cadillac Escalade and a 2007 Yamaha motorcycle. The defendants also forfeit expensive jewelry and bank accounts totaling approximately $125,000 in cash.
