Jacksonville, FL — Jacksonville Fire Rescue crews worked early Thursday to put out a fire at Caroline Square Apartments on Fort Caroline Road.
According to JFRD, flames were showing through the roof when they arrived. It took approximately 25 minutes to get the fire under control.
We’re told eight families are displaced because of fire and water damage. The Red Cross is assisting those families.
The State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
