Jacksonville FL — This Sunday, Hubbard House will be celebrating 45 years of serving the Jacksonville community during an event at Klutho Park in the Springfield area from 12 PM until 4 PM. CEO Dr. Gail Patin says the organization has been going strong for 45 years thanks to the generosity and support of the community.
“I am so proud that Hubbard House was the first domestic violence center in Florida and the 13th in the nation, that back then, people got together, women saw a need and they knew that people needed a place to go”. Dr. Patin says.
We’re told this event will have free admission and parking at the FSCJ Downtown campus and it will include music, games, and more.
