Jacksonville, FL — The president of the Jacksonville bus drivers union has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after his ex-wife was found shot inside a home in the Oakleaf area on Wednesday morning.
According to the arrest report, around 7:30 am, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office found 47-year-old Dwayne Maurice Russell’s ex-wife with three gunshot wounds inside his home on Hawksmore Drive.
Hours later, Russell turned himself in to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
