City pools across Jacksonville are closed this Memorial Day weekend because of questionable drain covers.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling about one million pool and spa drain covers that could potentially trap swimmers.
The city's 33 public pools will be closed until the drain covers are checked and, if necessary, replaced.
