A Jacksonville man will spend four years in prison, and pay thousands of dollars in restitution, after being convicted of fraud.
Marquis Jones, 29, was convicted of 17 counts of defrauding a financial institution and will have to pay out $42,508.95 in restitution.
Over a four-year span, Jones purchased and manipulated money orders and bank deposits to pull money from financial institutions.
