Jacksonville, FL — UPDATE: Around 6:30PM, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Hampton has been found safe.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is asking for your help finding an elderly man, who was reported missing from his assisted living facility.
Police tell us Charlie Hampton Jr., 81, was last seen on Monday, July 17, at 7:00 pm on Division Street, but hasn't been seen or heard from since.

Hampton Jr. is described as 5'11' tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue and white shirt, khaki pants, and a beige hat.
We're told Hampton Jr. suffers from dementia.
