JEA says this impacts Racetrack Road from I-95 to Philips Highway, Philips Highway from Wells Creek Pkwy to Old County Rd 210, Nocatee neighborhoods south of Nocatee Pkwy and West of Crosswater Pkwy, The Promenade at Bartram Springs, Bartram Springs south of (including) Brush Hollow Rd, Reserve Bartram Springs, Cypress Trace, Wells Creek Subdivision Williamstown, Greenleaf Village, Preserve & Lakes, Austin Park, Nocatee Village, Willowcove, Town Center, Tide Water at Nocatee, Nocatee Town Center, Starling, Coastal Oaks, and Crosswater.
This advisory means people living in the impacted areas should bring water to a rolling boil for a minimum of one minute prior to using for drinking, food preparation, or cooking. JEA says you could also use bottled water instead.
JEA also recommends impacted customers flush water lines for three minutes to remove any air or possible sediments from the lines.
This notice will remain in effect until two consecutive days of satisfactory bacteriological results have been obtained.
