Jacksonville, FL — Students and staff at Florida State College of Jacksonville can breathe a little easier.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says they've now arrested a suspect accused of sexual battering a juvenile at FSCJ's downtown campus last month. Police have identified that suspect as Marvin Lee Haugabrook, 61.
Haugabrook is accused of coming up behind the juvenile in one of the campus' bathrooms and touching him inappropriately, before pushing him into a stall and forcing him to engage in a sex act. The victim reported to police that the suspect had threatened to kill him if he said anything.
Haugabrook is charged with sexual battery.
