Jacksonville, FL — Following a recent double shooting in West Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is announcing an arrest.
37-year-old Charles Crosby is now facing multiple charges, including murder, attempted murder, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Police say he shot his two roommates in the home they all lived in, off of West 1st Street. Garvin Owensby, 43, was killed in the shooting, while the other roommate, a 38-year-old woman survived, despite being shot in the neck.
JSO says the woman was the one who identified Crosby as the shooter. She told police he shot them, after getting into an argument with Owensby about a gun.
We're told Crosby was arrested thanks to JSO's SWAT Team and US Marshals.
