The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking drivers to be on the lookout on the road as they search for a missing woman.
JSO announced a silver alert shortly before midnight for Minh Swanner after she was reported missing from her home around 7:40 Wednesday night. Police say the 68-year-old left her home to run errands around 10:30 am but never returned. JSO did not disclose which part of town Swanner is missing from.
According to police, Swanner has a history of memory issues, and she needs continual monitoring due to some of her medical issues.

Swanner was last seen wearing a black shirt with unknown pants. She is driving a 2016 Silver Toyota Scion IA with Florida Tag: “DQS C19”. Her car was last seen in the southern areas of St. Johns County on Wednesday afternoon.
