Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says it believes they’ve found the body of David Berlin, who was reported missing after failing to return home from a walk on Thursday.
Berlin was said to have had recent medical issues. The 67-year-old was last seen leaving his house in the Timberland Ridge area, off Valley Ridge Boulevard, around 2 pm.
Berlin’s employer, Firehouse Subs, was offering a $10,000 reward to anyone who found him.
JSO said it is an active death investigation, but did not elaborate on the cause or manner of death.
