Jacksonville, FL — Several customers, as well as two employees, were inside at the time, but thankfully no injuries are reported after an attempted bank robbery.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says an Hispanic male between 25 and 35-years-old, with tattoos on the left side of his face and on his left arm, told the teller he had a gun, prompting the employee to activate the silent alarm.

The suspect then fled empty-handed. He was last seen getting into a silver Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable-type stationwagon vehicle with roof racks.
JSO confirms this is the 11th bank robbery or bank robbery attempt so far this year, but a sergeant says that's about average.
