Jacksonville, FL — There are several new developments in the case of woman accused of kidnapping a newborn from a Jacksonville hospital 20 years ago.
During a pretrial hearing for Gloria Williams, jury selection for next Monday was canceled after the defense asked for a continuance. The state agreed. That same morning will be a disposition hearing in the case.
Prosecutors say Williams pretended to be a hospital worker and took Kamiyah Mobley from University Hospital, raising her in South Carolina.
