Jacksonville, FL — One person has serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in the Springfield area this morning.
Action News Jax Reporter Beth Rousseau was told by police that a child being chased by a dog was hit by the vehicle near N. Davis and W. 13th Street, not far from UF Health Jacksonville.
