KINGSLAND, Ga. — On Monday, Apr. 3 at 7:43 p.m., Camden County E-911 dispatch received a call of shots fired.

The victim and witnesses were at the Hill Top apartments. Upon arriving, officers saw several bullet holes in a vehicle. Officers learned that the incident occurred on Royal Parkway near Highway 17.
The vehicle that was shot at had five people inside. One of the passengers was struck in the lower back from the gunfire.
The victim was dropped off at Camden Medical and later transported to another local area hospital for treatment.
