Jacksonville, FL — An argument in Arlington ends in a shooting, leaving one man hurt.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the 3000 block of Justina Road, near Jacksonville University, just before 11 AM. Police found a man who had been shot once. The man was taken for medical attention, but the injury is not life threatening.
We’re told people at the scene are giving conflicting reports about what happened, but JSO does not believe this was a random act of violence. Investigators believe this was an argument between two people.
Justina Road Elementary School was locked down because of the police activity.
No other information about the shooting or potential suspect is available at this time.
