Jacksonville, Fl — We have another very warm, humid day in store, with an increase in showers and storms during the afternoon. Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says a few storms will be heavy in spots, like Tuesday.
“Some brief downpours, some lightning and gusty winds, but I’m not expecting widespread severe weather. That front then sinks to our south tonight and tomorrow and boy will it cool off”, Buresh said.

Thursday will be much cooler, with cloudy skies and showers. Winds off the Atlantic Ocean will keep us feeling cool. And the onshore flow will continue with below average temperatures through Saturday.
