Jacksonville, Fl — A man on a Harley Davidson is killed in a crash in Jacksonville’s Beach Haven community.

Jacksonville police say a man in his late 20s was on Hodges, just south of Beach Boulevard after 10:00 pm Sunday when a truck turned right in front of him.

The motorcycle hit the back of the truck, throwing the operator off. He died on scene.

Police say the truck flipped, but it’s not clear if the driver was hurt.

This is the 128th traffic fatality in Duval County this year and the 17th involving a motorcycle, according to JSO.
