Jacksonville, FL — We’re going to get much-needed rain to begin the work week in NE Florida, with heavy showers at times today. Timing still a bit up in the air but the best chance for heavy rain looks to be midday and into this afternoon.
Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says winds off the Atlantic Ocean will have us feeling very humid through the week, but temps will not be as hot. In fact, this is the first week without 90 degrees since mid-May.
