North Carolina-based Star Meat Delivery is recalling around 167,639 pounds of assorted raw pork, beef, and goat products produced without the benefit of federal inspection. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announcement states the products bear labels with a false USDA mark of inspection.

Any product bearing the false establishment number “EST. 1363″ should be considered misbranded and therefore unsafe to eat. Pork, beef, and goat were produced on various dates before September 22, 2026. Products were vacuum-sealed and packed into cardboard boxes for shipment. Individual consumer packages may not bear that labeling, as retail stores may have applied their own stickers with pricing and safe handling instructions.

There have been no reports of illness or injury from eating any of these products. Food produced without inspection may contain undeclared allergens, harmful bacteria, or other contaminants that may put consumer health or safety at risk. Beef, pork, or goat may have found its way into the refrigerators or freezers of consumers, restaurants, or retailers. Anyone with these products are asked not to eat, sell, or serve them.

FSIS expects to update the product list with additional items as the investigation continues.
