Jacksonville, FL — It seems to be a bit more than a fire code violation.
New documents WOKV has obtained show the Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Bureau of Enforcement conducted a raid at Wacko's Gentlemen's Club Thursday night, as part of "Operation: Wacking Wackos."
Law enforcement began investigating Wacko's back in January, after hearing reports that narcotics sales and prostitution were occurring at the club. Their raid ended with at least three arrests.

Shayna Fischoff, 22, is charged with soliciting for prostitution, while Kesha Grant, 34, is charged with delivering/distributing cocaine, as well as other pills, according to the arrest reports from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Charlie Trotter, 26, was also arrested on drug related charges.
The documents show a handful of other Wacko's employees have been issued notices to appear for drug possession and paraphernalia charges.
In the wake of the raid, Wacko's posted on Facebook, saying the club was temporarily closed down because of a fire code violation, but that they hope to reopen soon.
State agents confirm the Jacksonville Fire Marshal did issue a cease and desist order closing Wacko's, after finding numerous safety code violations.
