JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office released a traffic alert at 9:13 p.m. on Sunday stating that Interstate 10 heading eastbound is completely closed because of an accident. Traffic is being diverted onto Hammond Boulevard.

Florida Department of Transportation cameras show a semi-truck turned over on its side blocking all lanes.
The Florida Highway Patrol has also issued an alert that there are injuries associated with this crash.
