Jacksonville, FL — Traffic crawled through the Mandarin area late this morning, as Jacksonville Police investigated a crash involving a pedestrian.
JSO reports a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the area just south of the I-295 West Beltway.
We’re told a Hispanic man was crossing San Jose when he was hit by a truck towing a “lawn type trailer”. That man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Traffic Homicide is investigating the crash.
