Jacksonville, FL — It's not the usual call for service.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says they got a call about an alligator blocking Baymeadows Road on the Southside, Sunday night.
A group of officers responded and managed to capture the gator using a ratchet strap.
We're told the gator was safely relocated to a nearby pond.
