A fake email from the Duval Clerk of Courts could put your computer at risk.
The Duval Clerk's Office has received at least three complaints so far from people who get messages telling them they have an upcoming court appearance and directing them to click a link.
"The clerk's office does not send emails like this out, especially unsolicited" said spokesman Charlie Broward.
Broward say the link is spam and could be harmful.
"Take your time and slow down a little bit and take caution, especially when you're talking about clicking on links or attachments."
He tells WOKV its a scam and clicking on the links could damage your computer.
