Jacksonville, FL — The Clay County Sheriff's Office says it's been able to take several kilograms of pure Fentanyl off the streets, as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
Deputies say the investigation, which is still active, spans multiple counties and is in being run in conjunction with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
They tell us the investigation recently resulted in a search warrant, where they uncovered the pure Fentanyl, as well as a large sum of cash. The sheriff’s office did not disclose where they found the drugs.
Deputies say they plan to make further announcements about this investigation in the future.
