People in one Middleburg neighborhood confront a convicted sexual predator after he starts driving an ice cream truck as a way to make money.
Jackie Hall was convicted of his crimes in 1993 -- two years before current laws went into effect.
Neighbors convinced Hall to sell the truck for $2,400 to a group called No Peace for Predators.
Hall tells our news partner Channel 4, he needs another way to earn income.
"They shut me down, so I need a job".
He's applied for several jobs, but being a convicted sexual predator, he says no one will hire him.
