Tuesday was another stormy morning with isolated severe storm warnings during Jacksonville's Morning News and Herman Cain.
Damaging winds, heavy downpours, and dangerous lightning were reported from Baker and Columbia Counties to the east.
Monday's rain set a record in Jacksonville, as 3.2 inches fell at JIA, breaking the old record of 1.77 set in 1960.
Parts of Baker County have recorded more than 6 inches since Saturday.
There were no confirmed tornado touchdowns yesterday but there were sightings of a water spout over the Trout River, with confirmed winds up to 55 mph.
