The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of Miller in May 2017, after he was tracked down in New Orleans where he was working as a street performer, going by the name 'Uncle Louie.'
Miller’s attorney asked for time served--- which is 344 days-- in exchange for the guilty plea. Farah’s family has agreed to the deal. The judge has said she will impose the negotiated sentence.
