The first of four teens charged in the death of Kalil McCoy pleads not guilty.
19-year-old Frederick Wade is charged with manslaughter in the young woman's death.
Police say Wade admitted to driving the SUV and handling the gun when it went off during a struggle, killing McCoy.
Three others are charged with being accessories after the fact.
