A teen was arrested on drug trafficking charges in St. Augustine Beach Tuesday morning, after an officer conducting a traffic stop smelled marijuana coming from his car.
Myles Giacosa, 18, was pulled over for violating the move over law and failing to slow down in a construction zone at AIA South and Acacia St.
Giacosa was found transporting more than 120 grams of has oil, a felony amount of marijuana and other items which suggested he was manufacturing and selling drugs. He has been charged with felony possession of an unlawful driver's license of ID, felony intent to sellf, manufacture or deliver Schedule 1 narcotics and two charges of felony possession of marijuana over 20 grams.
