Traffic Alert: Deadly crash closes northbound Dames Point Bridge

Jacksonville, Fl — Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly morning crash on the Dames Point Bridge that has all northbound lanes of I-295 closed.

Northbound traffic is being diverted off the E. Beltway at Merrill Road in Arlington.

The crash happened just before 5:00 am. It’s not clear how many people were involved.
