Jacksonville, FL — A house full of people was shot up on Jacksonville's northside early this morning, leaving two men seriously hurt.

Jacksonville Police were called around 2 a.m. to a home on E. 47th Street, which is off Main Street. An incident report says officers observed blood inside the house, bullet holes in the front of the house and spent bullet casings across the street on the front lawn of another house.  A bullet hole was also found in a car.

Many of the at least nine people who were inside the home say they heard gunshots and bullets began coming through the front wall.

One of the witnesses told police he saw two men across the street and they began to shoot.  One of the people inside yelled “duck” and then bullets began coming through the front of the house.

An 18-year-old was shot in the head, and a 19-year-old was hit in the buttocks. Police say both victims had serious injuries.

During a search of the property a backpack with marijuana was found in the backyard.

According to the incident report, both suspects were seen wearing hoodies, which were gray and black in color.  No other suspect description was given.
