Downtown hotels filling up fast for this weekends first ever Country Superfest.
Mike Islava, the director of sales and marketing, for the Omni Hotel downtown says they are completely booked Saturday night and Friday is not far from it.
"We are about 85 percent on Friday and 100 percent on Saturday."
He says he's only been in Jacksonville for a short amount of time but so far the sales for this weekend's concert far exceeds other music festivals.
"By far this is very, very successful."
He's excited to see so many visitors from out of town and hopes there will be a second country music festival on the first coast next year. The concert has sold tickets in every state including Alaska and Hawaii.
