Jacksonville Police arrested 22-year-old Steven Sours after he allegedly molested a 13-year-old girl on Tuesday at the Wal-Mart located off of Atlantic Blvd. & Kernan.
The victim says Sours cupped and squeezed her buttocks and fled the store. The surveillance video shows the suspect following the victim around the store prior to the incident taking place.
On Saturday, the suspect turned himself in after seeing his image on the news. He was accompanied by his mother and grandfather. The suspect's grandfather told police that this was very out of character for the suspect.
He also stated that the suspect is a child photographer, and that he photographs children all day.
