A woman has been killed in a traffic crash today on Normandy Boulevard. Reports say it happened around 630 this morning near Herlong Field. The Florida Highway Patrol says a Pick up heading east hit the woman who was walking in the road for some unknown reason. The fatal crash led officers to close down Normandy blvd for 2 hours during the investigation. No word yet on the identity of the woman killed or the driver of the Pick up and so far no charges have been filed.
