Jacksonville, FL — Detectives are investigating the shooting death of a woman at an Arlington apartment complex. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office was called to University Townhomes on Justina Road, near Jacksonville University, around 8pm Monday to respond to shots fired.
Officers found the woman inside an apartment with multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at Memorial Hospital.
Homicide detectives were working to confirm the identity of the victim, and any information about who may have been involved in the shooting.
