According to AL.com, workers at the Childersburg Work Release Center noticed that 43-year-old Daniel Miner, who was serving a life sentence for murder in the 1993 slaying of Edward Lee Williams, was missing late Saturday, authorities said.

Officials said Miner, who has blue eyes and brown hair, stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 192 pounds, WAAY-TV reported. He has multiple white supremacist tattoos and was last seen wearing white prison clothes, officials said.
