Police say they've found a woman who they believed was a victim of foul play following a concert Saturday night.
Investigators say 19-year-old Allison Moretz was located walking in the area of Omni trying to pick up her car.
Police initally suspected foul play because they say Moretz was last seen walking with a South Hogan Street around one o' clock Saturday night with a black male. Investigators say her cell phone was off. JSO says at this time no criminal activities appears to have taken place
