Healthcare workers in Jacksonville looking to get vaccinated for the coronavirus can stop by Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
The hospital is offering Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine, but there are a few things you’ll need to bring with you to prove you qualify. The hospital says you’ll need your driver’s license; an ID or badge that proves you work directly with patients and the completed healthcare worker consent form.
If you go, you’ll see “Healthcare Worker Clinic” signs and you’ll want to follow them to the Medical Office Building at 3627 University Blvd. South. You can park for free at the visitor garage or at the nearby Memorial Healthcare Plaza.
Each day has different hours. You can check in Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m., Wednesday from 8 to 11 a.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon. The doses will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
