Jacksonville, FL — It's a scorching hot return to school. Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh is tracking feel-like temps above 100 again today.
“We’ll continue to have some afternoon showers and thunderstorms, and these could affect the afternoon bell when it comes to going home for school. But it does appear that the timing will continue to be later in the afternoon for the most part”, said Buresh.
Storms gradually become more numerous, and heavier, by the end of the week.
