Jacksonville, FL — The Clay County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrests of four suspects, after their SWAT team and narcotics unit executed a search warrant in Orange Park.

Deputies tell us after getting many complaints and intelligence about possible narcotics distribution, they carried out that warrant Thursday morning at a home off Kettering Way in the Brighton Village neighborhood.

Deputies say during the execution of the warrant and subsequent investigation, they arrested four suspects on drug-related charges.

WOKV has obtained arrest reports for the suspects, now identified as 38-year-old Anthony Maceda, 38-year-old Amy Permenter, 24-year-old Randy Johnson, and 25-year-old James Welles.

According to the arrest reports, Welles is charged with possession of a controlled substances, after deputies say he allegedly had an Oxymorphone pill on him, when the warrant was served.

As for Permenter, deputies say in her arrest report that a line of cocaine was found on her dresser. She’s now charged with possession of cocaine.

Meanwhile, Johnson’s arrest report accuses him of having methamphetamine stored in a vehicle parked outside the home. His arrest report also reveals that he had an active warrant out for his arrest from out of Union County. It doesn’t say on what charges.

As for the last suspect, Maceda, deputies say he’s charged with sale and delivery of methamphetamine. His arrest report shows that the sheriff’s office had a confidential source allegedly buy meth from him on at least two occasions.
