Jacksonville FL — On Tuesday Jacksonville Police released images of a car investigators are looking for connected to a fatal hit and run at Philips Highway and University Boulevard that involved a pedestrian. Police say the car is a 2009-2013 gold Cadillac CTS with dark-tinted windows. We’re told the vehicle might have passenger-side damage, and it was last seen going east on University Blvd.
