Jacksonville Police announce missing 9-year-old girl found safe

Jacksonville Police say a missing 9-year-old autistic girl has been found safe.

Jacksonville Police are searching for a missing 9-year-old girl on the westside Wednesday afternoon. Police say Zoe Seel walked away from her house in the area of Pennant Drive and Ortega Farms Boulevard and she is reportedly autistic and non-verbal.

Police say Seel is 4′3″ and 75 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink and purple tank top with greenish shorts and no shoes.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a missing child alert in the search for Seel.

If you see her you’re asked to call JSO at 904-630-0500 or call 911.
