JFRD: Brentwood house fire probably caused by candle

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded to the 100 block of 23rd street in the Brentwood area around 6:00am.

JFRD said no one was injured, but the Red Cross is assisting 2 adults.

There is extensive damage to the inside of the home, and the initial investigation shows the cause is probably a candle.
