JSO: Man jailed for making threats to pregnant woman, charged with cyber-stalking

Jacksonville, Fl. — 26-year-old Logan Miller is behind bars in Duval County after he made repeated threats via Facebook messenger to a woman.

The victim told police Miller started sending her threatening messages in mid-November, after he got into some type of altercation with her fiancé and father to her unborn child. She says Miller first contacted her making reference to the altercation as being one of the main reasons he’s seeking retribution.

She told police she does not want to have any type of relationship or contact with Miller. He had then contacted her three times again between November 16th and 29th, trying to meet with her and start a relationship.

"I promise you that you would be better off having a child with me…if you just give me a chance and leave him for me I promise that you won't regret it," Miller had said according to the JSO incident report.

Miller had reached out to the victim asking her to meet up with him where he originally got into a fight with her fiancé. She told police that she’s scared that Miller would try to hurt and her baby to get back at her fiancé.

After she did not respond to Miller’s request to meet up, he started making specific threats involving her and her baby saying in part, “I am not afraid of anybody and I will hurt you and your baby if you mess with me. What I say goes so give me a chance.”

Miller was arrested by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office on December 12, 2017. His next court appearance is in early January.
