Photos, surveillance video, and bank transactions are a few of the new items prosecutors are listing as evidence in the murder case of 45-year-old Brittany Tavar who went missing last summer.
26-year-old Joseph Roberts is charged with Tavar's murder, and has pleaded not guilty.
The new evidence was released on Wednesday and includes images of Tavar's home and the wooded area where her remains were found.
The photos also show plastic bags which has Tavar's remains inside.
Prosecutors are hoping this new evidence is enough to convict Roberts.
