Jacksonville, FL — Traffic is finally moving through Mandarin four hours after a semi truck overturned near San Jose Boulevard. The crash happend around 6:45 a.m. and backed up traffic throughout the peak of rush hour. The Florida Highway Patrol tells WOKV the truck, which was hauling decorative doors, blew a tire, causing the crash. No one was injured.
